 The CAP 15 Rooms are particularly adapted to host your daily delegate meetings, your seminars or your conventions.
Our exceptional room flexibility, delivering up to 17 individual rooms for 50 up to 1000 guests, with multiple registration and cloak-room areas, allows CAP 15 to greet different events at one time.
All our rooms are fully air-conditionned and technically equipped*, with large daylight windows for the catering.
 Disabled access :
The 2 floors of our centre are equipped with lifts and all our rooms allow easy access for both the walking disabled and wheel-chairs.
Audiovisual and scenic decoration :
Our audiovisual department is available to enhance your stage sets, so as to spotlight your speakers with many special effects, both visual and graphic.
We will help you create or perfect your ambient and scenic atmosphere.
Our audiovisual department offers personalized services, adapted to all types of events (sound, lighting, visioconference, satellite transmission, electronic voting, stage show, convention, political meetings…)
A wide range of equipment is at hand, to offer the most up to date technologies for each specific request.
For your international conferences in many languages, our in-house technology is ready to make your interpretation a total success.
 WiFi, no wires Internet access (Wireless Fidelity), is available throughout CAP 15.
Both organizers and participants can readily connect their laptop or PDA, wherever they are inside, to read or send their latest Emails.
